I didn't know what to call this mani, so I called it Fancy nails. I did my base color with Cajan Shrimp and I taped the sides and added the white in the middle. Once that was dried I stamped my design with Black Liquid form China Glaze. For the design I used ip BM 12 and outlined the White with a Silver stripper.
