Green French manicure

Hi,
I have for you a French manicure.  I usually don't do french manicures because my nails are not that long.  Here goes...for this mani I used essence lime up as the base color and essence break through for the purple dots and I used an ip RA121 design on my ring finger.  For the blue mani, I used a blue color from Claires clearance no name on the bottle for the base, and black china glaze to stamp the design using ip RA103.   And for the third mani, I used a dollar brand Mirage called french touch.  I really liked the color by itself.  I will be doing some manis without designs, which is not what I normally do.  Hope you like one or all.  Thanks for stopping by!

Cesar Chavez day off

Good evening,
So today I had the day off for Cesar Chavez.  It is considered a holiday for court employees.  So I did a couple of manis in the morning and then I had breakfast with one of my daughters and we went shopping at a beauty supply store I read on a blog.

The beauty supply store is in Garden Grove and it's called Beauty Zone.  You can find OPI (5.50), Orly (3.75), China Glaze (3.50), Essie(4.00) for a very reasonable price.  It is cheaper than buying it at Sallys, Ultra or other stores.

There is another beauty supply store across from Target, it's called Skylark nail & beauty supplies they also carry OPI, Orly, China Glaze, Essie and other dollar brands.  It was bigger than the other store, but I didn't like the service.

There seems to be two other stores that sale OPI, Orly, China Glaze, Essie at a reasonable price but I did not have a chance to hit them up.  I will hit them up some other time.
Thanks for visiting!!

Bummed out!

Hello peeps!

So I am really bummed out! Yesterday I damaged my 9 month old car when I was backing out of my driveway.  I hit the curb and flaked the paint on the right side bumper.  I don't know if it still cover under warranty, but I will find out how much is the damage tomorrow morning.  Wish me luck!  :(

Sunshire swirls

Good evening peeps!

A post earlier than expected
I wasn't supposed to changed my mani since I had on my favorite design from the weekend.  But since I broke a nail and glued it together I decided to change the color and design to this...

For this mani I used essence color and go: wanna be your sunshine as the base and sally hansen: resilent red for the design, I also used ip m51.  Well I hope you like the design!  Thanks for stopping by until next post!

Animal print

Good evening!

I've been wanting to do an animal print for a while but never came around to it.  Finally I decided to do a simple version without using to many colors.  For this mani I used china glaze jingle bells and I used konad special black with ip m57.  I really liked that way it turned out.  What do you think?  Thanks for visiting.

Where is the party?

Happy Wednesday!!

For this mani, I used where is the party by essence and I stamp a flower on the corner with WnW white.  I also brushed on the tips a little bit of glitter.  But most of all I wanted to share some more pictures of our weekend getaway I had a week ago.

Gray's Anatomy

Hi,
I just got this new wet n wild nail polish, it like a chameleon.  It looks green/purple-ish but when you polish it on, it looks more like a light taupe with light purple highlites.  Its a fastdry and its consistancy is creamy.  If you want to get most of the chameleon colors on, you may have to add two or more coats.  For this mani, I used gray's anatomy for the base and disturbia audace(wnw) for the diamond shape and a white stripper.  I also used a dotting tool below the white stripes in distrubia audace.

Gleam in Blue on strips

Good afternoon:

Today I present to you essesnce color geam in blue on black strips.  Usually I used two coats with all my nail polishes unless it's a rich creamy color that is thick and only one coat is needed. So one coat was used for this mani, so I wanted to try some of my fimos with this mani.  I did strips for the tips and add a flower on my ring finger.  "What do you think, to plain"?

Good evening,

I was really busy this morning with laundry and trying to do a St. Patrick Mani before the end of the day.  I was able to do two Mani's before I headed out shopping with my girls.  The hubby and my boy stayed home playing COD.  Hope you enjoyed your day.

Happy Birthday Sweetheart!

Good morning,

Today is my Husbands Birthday and we are heading towards San Francisco for a weekend getaway.  Last night I did a mani with so many sparkles.  This is not something that I do often.  But looking at it, I really like it.  I think I will be using more glitter to my nails.  For this mani I used Essence Irreplaceable and for the glitter Color Club.  I don't have the box so I don't know the color since the bottle doesn't have a number or name.
