Rainbow Dots

Hello dear readers/visitors!

I have another rainbow design,  this is a challenge that is going on at Instagram.  For this challenge I did my base color in white and did rainbow dots in different colors.  It looks flashy, even a gentleman at work said he liked my nails.  This was an easy design to create.  That's all for now, thanks for stopping by, until next post!

Rainbow Strips

Good evening dear readers/visitors!

Today I have a Rainbow strip design,  I started with OPI My boyfriend scale walls for my base.  I wanted my rainbow to be a little settled.  I used seven color strippers to do the lines, this was an easy design to create.  Have you seen this challenge on Instagram? It's rainbow nac challenge 24, I will be doing rainbow dots next.  This is all for this post hope you enjoy it, thanks for stopping by until next post!

Polka Dots on Pink Rose Diamond

Hello dear readers/visitors,

Happy Sunday, for this evening I have a holographic base color from Sally Hansen prisims.  I love the pink holo but like always I need to add something extra.  It is a beautiful color on it's own, but when you are indoors you really don't get to see all the sparkle until you go out in the sun.  So just to add that little extra I stamped on the polka dots with ip QA3.  I love the length of my nail that I will keep them short and will change my polish/design every other day.  Hope you enjoy this mani,  thanks for stopping by until next post!

Granite with a Stamp

Hello dear readers/visitors!

I have a granite mani with a marble stamp.  I wanted to do a water marble, but that was a failed situation so instead I used an ip to create the marble look.  Since I change the method in how I used my sponge technique by first placing it in water before I start dabbing the color on the sponge then onto my nail,  I can see a much smooth look vs lines where the different colors line up.  I will be creating more granite mani's, and using stamps or real water marbling instead of a stamp.  I still love the way it turned out.  Hope you like it and maybe you can try one yourself.  That's all folks, thanks for stopping by until next post!

Fancy Nails

Hello dear readers/visitors!

I didn't know what to call this mani, so I called it Fancy nails.  I did my base color with Cajan Shrimp and I taped the sides and added the white in the middle.  Once that was dried I stamped my design with Black Liquid form China Glaze. For the design I used ip BM 12 and outlined the White with a Silver stripper.  What do you think of this design, is it fancy or not?  Well that's all folks, thanks for stopping by until next post!

Happy Birthday Jessica

Hello dear readers/visitors!

Sunday was my oldest daughter's birthday and It was a busy day I was unable to post pictures of her cake or her.  And I sure didn't have time to do any extra mani's to post either.  I got her cake from Great Dean's Bakery.  I got my middle daughter's cake from there back in April.  But I didn't get a picture of it.  So here's Jessica's cake and a picture of her....we aren't cake eaters this is why we choose a small cake so that it doesn't go to waste.

Skittle Strips

Hello dear readers/visitors!

I have been very busy since my last post, but I did manage to do two mani while I was busy.  The only thing is that I was unable to post them.  So for this post I will have heavy pic. For this design I used many colors, light to medium light and dark in the same color range.

For this mani, I used my OPI ds Temptation.  It is a deep purple with lots of glitter/holo.  It was a pretty color alone, but I wanted to tone it down and I did the Saran wrap technique.
This is how OPI Ds Temptation  looks with out anything added to it.  Its a pretty deep purple

Ombre with Stamp

Hello dear readers/visitors!

Like I said in an earlier post that I would stamp my nails since my Ombre was to plain.  So I have a mani with small daisy stamped to my seafoam ombre.  I used China Glaze: Little drummer boy,  I loved my ombre so much that I decided to keep my polish and just add a design to change it a little.  This mani will last until Saturday.  As you may already know,  I love color and bling and everything sparkle.  So I am loving this mani,  hope you like it too.  Well that's all folks thanks for stopping by, until next post!

Ombre Mani

Good evening dear readers/visitors!

For this evening I have a simple Ombre mani.  To create this look I changed the process of the sponging by wetting the sponge first then applying the color onto the sponge.  The color I used for the tips is so beautiful and it's by China Glaze and it's called Atlantis.  As you can see I didn't add a stamp design, I left it as it is, but not for long I will be using a stamp over my ombre.  Stay turned for the update at a later day.  That's all folks, thanks for stopping by until next post!

Pink Animal Print

Good evening dear readers/visitors!

I have this cute Pink Animal print with a kiss on my ring finger.  I couldn't wait to do my nails since I bleach them yesterday to get rid of the yellow stains that nail polish leave behind after doing your nails all the time.  So for one whole day I didn't polish my nails, to let them air out/breath. For this design I used Color Club: Vintage Couture and Sp black with Ip CH 2 for the animal strips and BM 2 for the kiss on the ring finger.  Hope you like this design, thanks for stopping by, until next post!

Stubby naked nails

Good evening dear readers/visitors!

For this evening I have my stubby naked nails to show you.  I had damaged yellowish nail stains from the nail polish.  I've used many other methods that have not worked,  I looked up YouTube for DIY nail stain remover and I came across two that used bleach to remove yellow stains.  So I tried it and it removed the yellow stains on my nails.  The only downfall was that my fingers and nails smelled so much bleach.  I even used lemon to reduce the smell of beach, it worked a little.  What do you think, do they look stain free?

I also want to share with you these beautiful polishes that I purchased at Burlington ...the bottom one is Color Club and the Top are nail art strippers.  I had been watching Neon Nail Art Strippers from Amazon but it was expensive so I didn't get it, but when I found these at Burlington Coat factory; I snatched it so quick it was the last one they had in bright colors.  They had more of the glitter strippers which I was not interest in purchasing.  Well that's all folks thanks for stopping by, until next post!

Cute Pirate

Good evening dear readers/visitors!

I have a cute mani to show you tonight.  I really like the way it looks on my stubby nails. This was an easy design to create since I did my little cute pirate on my ring finger and thumb and strips on the rest of my nails.  I've been doing really cute designs for short nails, who knows maybe I will keep my nails short since it's much faster to do and complete in less time.  Well that's all folks, thanks for stopping by hope you enjoy this mani until next post!

Geisha Girl

Hello dear readers/visitors!

For this evening I have a cute design, I didn't changed my design until the second day as I promise.  So for this design I did the Geisha girl look.  I liked it so much, but I decided to only do my ring finger and my thumb on my right hand.  It looks so busy on my left hand.  Which one do you like, the one on the right or left hand?  That's all folks, thanks for stopping by until next post!

Right hand.....

Left hand....

Orly Prelude to a Kiss

Hello dear readers/visitors,

Happy Sunday!  For this afternoon I have a cute stubby nail design.  I am getting used to my short nails, I probably will not let my nails grow out that much so they don't break or split so low into my skin where it becomes painful.  I know it has a lot to do with using so much acetone by changing my polish everyday.  I will probably keep my design for at least two days at the most...wish me luck, because I can easily become bored with the same polish for to long.  For this design I used Prelude to a Kiss as my base, then I sponged Faint of Heart on the tips.  I then used China Glaze: Sugar Plums to stamp the design. I used Ip Mash 46.

Here is another design, that is simple:  Hope you like one or both designs.  Thanks for stopping by, until next post!

Beautiful Girl

Hello dear readers/visitors!

I have not been posting lately because my nails are sooooo short that I don't like how they look.  I manage to create a cute design for really short stubby nails. I had mentioned before that I started to like Pink a lot, this color is from Sinful Colors and it looks Pinkish and Coral all in one.  Beautiful Girl is the name, it's girly alright.   Hope you like it!  That's all folks thanks for stopping by, until next post!!

like always, had to add that little extra touch!! :D
